На новый виток выходит юридическая война между HTC и Apple. Накануне калифорнийская фирма написала жалобу в комиссию штатов по международной торговле (ITC). В которой требует наложить запрет на импорт тайванских «персональных электронных устройств». Агентство Bloomberg во вторник сообщило, что, по мнению Apple, НТС нарушило пять патентов, имеющих отношение к пользовательскому интерфейсу и программной архитектуре портативных устройств, датчикам движения и сенсорным экранам. В США под запрет, скорее всего, попадут не только смартфоны НТС производства, а и совсем новый планшетник Flyer.
