Дмитрий Рогозин, являющийся постоянным представителем Российской Федерации при североатлантическом блоке (НАТО), заявил, что, на его взгляд, отношения НАТО к России изменяются. Насколько полезны для Российской Федерации будут эти изменения – пока непонятно. Непонятно, насколько они будут полезны и для европейского будущего. Поэтому России трудно пока определить своё отношения к изменениям.
В чём же суть происходящих изменений?
До недавнего времени суть отношения НАТО к России определялась основной концепцией – концепцией сдерживания. Сейчас же, по впечатлению Дмитрия Рогозина, формируется новая идеология. Эта идеология предполагает вовлечение нашей страны в политику НАТО: в её планы, долговременные стратегические и тактические проекты. Но данные впечатления базируются всего лишь на предположениях. Когда российская сторона делает попытки понять, уяснить предложения североатлантического блока, то оказывается практически невозможным этого сделать.
К примеру, НАТО предлагает Российской Федерации участвовать в создании системы противоракетной обороны (ПРО). И предлагает таким образом, что Москва не может понять смысл и логику этих предложений. В итоге же, НАТО лишает Россию возможности дать конструктивный ответ Альянсу.
