Ответственность за взрывы в метро взял на себя Доку Умаров. Он является лидером одной из чеченских группировок. Это стало известно из видеозаписи, которую выложили на одном сепаратистском сайте. Им было особенно подчеркнуто, что приказ о взрыве в метро дал именно он.
Еще одна группировка сепаратистов "Кавказский эмират" сказала, что это не она совершила теракты в Москве, а кто именно это сделал, они не знают. Это стало известно из телефонного заявления представителя группировки Шамсуддина Батукаева.
Батукаев живет заграницей, в Стамбуле. Там он представляет группировку "Кавказский эмират". Лидером этой группировки считается Доку Умаров.
Как всем известно, 29 марта утром в метро произошло 2 взрыва с разницей в 40 минут на стациях "Лубянка" и "Парк культуры". В обоих случаях смертницами служили две женщины-террористки, которые включили взрывное устройство около перрона. В результате катастроф уже погибло 40 человек.
