На предложение поставить в Екатеринбурге в метро металлодетекторы начальник внутренних дел метрополитена города Игорь Галкин высказал свое одобрение. Об этом стало известно 31 марта на пресс-конференции.
Но пока этот вопрос решить достаточно сложно, ведь метро пользуются очень много людей каждого проверить будет достаточно трудоемко. Стоит сказать, что системы металлодетекторов нет даже в столице России.
В других странах уже есть такие меры предосторожности, например в Лондоне. Ее поставили после нескольких терактов в 2005 году, произошедших в Великобритании. Данная система зарекомендовала себя очень хорошо.
