Губернатором Ульяновской области Сергеем Морозовым было подписано постановление правительства региона о выплатах на покупку жилья семьям, в которых родились тройни, четверни и большее количество детей одновременно. Размер выплаты рассчитывается исходя из средней стоимости 18 кв. метров жилья на каждого из одновременно рожденных детей. Средняя стоимость одного квадратного метра жилой площади устанавливается Федеральным органом исполнительной власти.
Принятие такого закона позволяет увеличить степень социальной поддержки многодетных семейств региона и относится к семьям, где одновременно родились три и большее количество детей с начала 2010 года.
