В результате проведенной прокуратурой Югры проверки, выявлены нарушения трудового законодательства перед своими сотрудниками предприятиями ОАО "Ханты-Мансийское строительное управление" и ОАО "Хантымансийскгеофизика". Нарушения касаются осуществления своевременной выплаты зарплаты сотрудникам.
Так, к 12 марта 2010 года задолженность ОАО "Хантымансийскгеофизика" по выплате зарплаты за январь и февраль составила 100 миллионов рублей, долг ОАО "Ханты-Мансийское строительное управление" достиг 2 миллионов рублей.
По результатам проверки, прокуратурой Югры в отношении руководителей заведены административные дела и подготовлены представления на устранение выявленных нарушений. Скажем о том, что на данный момент заработная плата сотрудникам предприятий выплачена в полном объеме.
