Январь – это месяц новогодних праздников, веселья и сюрпризов. Но такого «сюрприза» не ожидал никто из жителей Якутии, северного региона Российской Федерации. Ничего не подозревающая о своей беременности, ученица 6-го класса во время урока попросилась выйти: у неё сильно разболелся живот. Осмотрев 12-летнюю девочку, школьная медсестра и учителя школы решили, что это острый приступ аппендицита и вызвали «Скорую помощь». Каково же было их удивление, когда у девочки отошли воды, и она начала рожать. Вовремя прибывшая машина «скорой помощи» благополучно доставила юную роженицу в роддом. На удивление медиков, роды прошли успешно, юная мама и её дитя чувствуют себя удовлетворительно. Со слов врача, организм этой юной девочки оказался физически зрелым для рождения ребёнка. Юным отцом этого ребёнка оказался ученик 7-го класса той же школы, где училась девочка.
Сотрудники Якутской прокуратуры приняли решение не возбуждать уголовное дело в связи с отсутствием состава преступления. Можно сказать, что «юному папе», которому ещё нет 18-ти лет, очень повезло: он, как несовершеннолетний, освобождается от несения уголовной ответственности, согласно законам Российской Федерации.
