По информации, озвученной на пресс-конференции Александром Ивановым, первым заместителем начальника ГУВД Москвы, в столице растет число случаев торговли людьми.
В 2009 году ГУВД зафиксировало семнадцать фактов торговли людьми, в то время как в 2008 году таких случаев было девять. Милицией были задержаны двое граждан Вьетнама, поставлявших в Москву со своей родины «сексуальных рабов». Следователи передали в суд двенадцать уголовных дел по фактам подобных преступлений.
А вот количество случаев ограблений инкассаторов в 2009 году уменьшилось на 20 % по сравнению с предыдущим годом. Если в 2008 году было совершено 103 ограбления инкассаторских машин, то в прошлом году цифра таких преступлений снизилась до 80 случаев. В 2009 году оперативники раскрыли 32 ограбления, пять из которых были совершены в прошлые годы.
