Пресс-служба регионального МЧС Мурманской области сообщила от терпящем бедствие в Баренцевом море маломерном судне. О бедствии стало известно в 23.00 по московскому времени. Капитан маломерного судна РМН-6341 сообщил о потере судном хода в Мотовском заливе, находящемся близ острова Средний. Экипаж судна нуждается в эвакуации.
В район бедствия МЧС направила суда со спасателями и буксир Северного флота. Одновременно на снегоходах было начато обследование берега в зоне аварии. Ветреная погода и недостаточная видимость затрудняли работу спасателей.
Утром на острове Овечий неподалеку от места аварии спасателями были обнаружено трое членов попавшего в аварию судна. Никто из людей не пострадал, для доставки их на материк на остров был направлен вертолет.
