CNN's Anderson Cooper revealed the network's top ten CNN Heroes of 2009 on October 1. You can now vote for the CNN Hero of the Year, to be announced by Cooper on Thanksgiving Day. Each of the individuals in the top ten will receive $25,000, and the ultimate winner will receive an additional $100,000. Here are CNN's original stories on these remarkable people who are using their individual power to make huge differences in the world.
