На искусственно созданном острове рядом с Дубаем компанией Kleindienst Group осуществляется проект под названием Monte Carlo. Вся территория острова будет отдана под организацию всевозможных вечеринок и прочих развлечений для взрослых.
Пространство, площадь которого составляет порядка 40 тыс.кв.м., займут рестораны, ночные клубы, бары. Будет оборудован и просторный пляж. В некоторых зданиях будут проводиться как частные, так и корпоративные вечеринки, праздноваться свадьбы. Предполагается введение ограничений на доступ на остров молодежи. Завершение застройки территории острова планируется на окончание 2010 года.
Остров развлечений Monte Carlo – часть проекта под названием «Центр Европы», в соответствии с которым будут застроены 6 искусственно созданных намывных островов. На четырех таких островах компания Kleindienst Group собирается построить виллы, а на пятом – центры торговли и офисные комплексы. Данные острова являются в свою очередь частью мегапроекта The World. К нему относится комплекс искусственно созданных островов, которые расположены в Персидском заливе на четырехкилометровом удалении от прибрежной полосы Дубая.
