В ходе проверки прокуратурой было отмечено тридцать восемь нарушений требований противопожарной безопасности, что привело к замораживанию работы ночного клуба Shelest по требованию прокурора города Кировоград.
Постановлением суда было решено, что эти нарушения препятствовали обнаружению очага пожара в случае возгорания, нормальной эвакуации посетителей клуба из здания во время пожара, а также извещение персонала клуба о возгорании.
Административное дело по ч. 1 ст. 20.4 КоАП РФ, которая называется «Нарушение требований пожарной безопасности» было возбуждено в отношении хозяина клуба, который является предпринимателем без образования.
В качестве наказания суд постановил прекратить работу клуба на срок до тридцати суток.
